GBA IGNITE
Greater Bay Area IGNITE Future Science (GBA IGNITE)
“Education, science and technology, and talent function as basic and strategic underpinnings for Chinese modernisation.” -- President Xi
The GBA is a GLOBAL HUB for innovation and serves as a STRATEGIC GATEWAY for China’s technological advancements.
Composed of four core pillars, GBA IGNITE aims to bring together universities and industries to promote curiosity for science among students, youth, and educators; deepen their understanding of the GBA and Mainland China's latest developments in science, technology, and innovation, and foster youth talent development.

GBA IGNITE begins with inspiration!
The Kindervarsity Hub and the Future Science Awards Foundation (FSAF) came together in a unique collaboration – the Future Science Prize Youth Exhibition Hall. Established in Hong Kong in 2016 and dubbed "China's Nobel Prize," the Future Science Prize (FSP) is known and recognised for its academic, social, and international credibility.
Located in the Innovation Centre within the Kindervasity Hub , the FSP Youth Exhibition Hall is a landmark collaboration expressing a shared vision to inspire students, youth, and educators with the stories, the scientific achievements of FSP Laureates, and their global impact on the past, present, and future. It is hoped that participants come away with a deeper understanding of the contributions of Chinese scientists to the world of science – and the world itself!
Beyond the two main FSP exhibition halls, GBA IGNITE hosts extended exhibitions in the Innovation Centre to explore the full spectrum of STEAM.
Extended Exhibition 1: “Sci-Art Wonders” – Explores science from an artistic lens, introducing the powerful fusion of science and imaging technology for new worlds of discovery.
Extended Exhibition 2: “China Modernisation” – Traces the journey from theory to application, exploring how industries apply scientific knowledge to create real-world solutions.
